If pests return within six months of your service, so do we. That is how confident we are in the products and methods we use.
Queensland's subtropical climate means pest pressure is year-round. Here is what we deal with most frequently across Springwood, Shailer Park and the wider SEQ region.
German and American cockroaches are the most common species in SEQ homes and businesses. They spread bacteria, contaminate food surfaces and are notoriously difficult to eliminate without the right products and treatment approach.
We treat all harbourage areas internally and externally using professional-grade products, not the over-the-counter sprays that push cockroaches around without eliminating them.
Rats and mice can cause significant damage to wiring, insulation and stored goods. They carry disease and breed quickly, and a small problem becomes a serious infestation if left unaddressed.
We assess for conducive conditions, nesting areas and activity levels before providing treatment and recommendations to resolve the problem properly.
Redbacks, white-tails and funnel-webs are all present across SEQ. Spiders peak in spring and summer but can be active year-round in Queensland. Properties near bushland like Daisy Hill Forest tend to see higher activity.
Internal and external treatments target webs, harbourage areas and entry points to significantly reduce spider populations around your home.
Coastal brown ants, black house ants and green-head ants are among the most common species in SEQ. They nest in walls, roof voids and garden beds, and can be particularly persistent in warmer months.
Treatment targets the nest and foraging trails rather than just the visible ants, this addresses the source rather than the symptom.
Flea infestations spread quickly, particularly in homes with pets. Flea eggs and larvae can persist in carpet and soft furnishings for months after the original host is gone which is why end of lease flea treatments are so commonly required.
We provide end of lease flea treatments to comply with lease agreement requirements, with documentation available on request.
Silverfish thrive in Queensland's humid conditions and are commonly found in bathrooms, kitchens, roof voids and storage areas. They damage books, paper, clothing and stored food items.
Treatment targets harbourage areas and moisture sources, and is typically included as part of a general pest treatment.
End of lease pest and flea treatments are a common requirement under Queensland tenancy agreements, particularly where pets have been kept on the property. We provide professional treatments that meet standard lease requirements, with documentation available for your records.
Food handling environments require a different approach to pest management. We work with cafes, restaurants, commercial kitchens and food production facilities to deliver pest control that meets health and safety requirements and keeps your business operating without disruption.
Warehouses, industrial facilities, commercial offices and retail premises all have specific pest management requirements. We provide tailored treatments and ongoing service agreements for commercial clients across South-East Queensland.
A comprehensive internal and external pest treatment for your home covers the most common pest species found across SEQ. Most clients choose to combine their annual general pest treatment with a termite inspection to save time and keep everything in one visit.
Many of our clients choose to combine their annual termite inspection with a general pest treatment in a single visit. It is cheaper, and it means your home gets an inspection for termites and a treatment for general pests at the same time. Ask us about combining services when you book.
There is a significant difference between the products available to licensed pest management professionals and what you can buy over the counter. We use professional-grade formulations because they work and because your home deserves better than a cheap generic spray.
The products available to licensed pest managers are significantly more effective than consumer products. We use professional-grade insecticides with proven residual activity, meaning they keep working long after the initial treatment, not just on the day.
All products we use are registered by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority. They are approved for residential use and safe for families and pets once treated surfaces have dried. We will always advise you on any specific precautions for your treatment.
We treat the right areas with the right products rather than blanket spraying everything. Understanding pest behaviour, harbourage areas and entry points means treatments are more effective and use fewer chemicals overall.
We apply the same standard to every job regardless of the size of the property or the service being performed. There are no quick jobs where corners get cut, because a pest treatment done properly the first time is worth far more than one done cheaply twice.

For most Queensland homes, once a year is sufficient for a general pest treatment covering cockroaches, ants, spiders and silverfish. Properties with persistent pest pressure, pets, or close proximity to bushland may benefit from a treatment every six months.
Yes. All products we use are APVMA registered and approved for residential use. Once treated surfaces have dried, typically an hour, your family and pets can return to normal use of the treated areas. We will advise you of any specific requirements for your treatment on the day.
For most general pest treatments, it is recommended to vacate the property. If you have pets, asthma or chemical sensitivities, let us know when booking and we will discuss the best approach for your situation.
Yes, and we recommend it. Combining your annual termite inspection with a general pest treatment in a single visit is efficient and means your home gets a thorough assessment for both termites and general pests at the same time. Ask us when you book.
Clear access to areas under sinks, inside wardrobes and along skirting boards where possible. Put away any food left on benchtops, cover fish tanks and bird cages, and remove pets from the areas being treated. We will talk you through anything specific when you book.
